It is a pleasure sharing a few words about my son. He completed his B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology), Guwahati, and got placed in the campus placement drive as a Software Professional with a MNC technology company based at Pune. After gaining a professional experience of roughly 3 years, he resigned and proceeded for pursuing his post-graduation. He is currently doing his Masters course in Data Science at a reputed university in Melbourne, Australia and hence is not employed on a regular basis. He is a convinced vegetarian by choice and is a very reasonable and kind person, and wants to convert himself as a vegan. He is an animal lover and is having the philosophy that animals are poor creatures who are not meant to be eaten by humans or at least by himself. At the same time, he is not a fanatic on vegetarianism and respects other's rights of choice of their food. So, even though he is not very particular that his would-be-bride should also be a... more vegetarian, we prefer a girl who can and is willing to move to vegetarianism gradually, if she is not already a vegetarian. When it comes to his career, whatever specified elsewhere in this profile pertains to the period prior to joining the master course, and he intents pursue a career in Data Science in the future after completing the course. We come from a middle class, nuclear family (with 4 members, parents and two sons), with moderate values. We are presently living in Kozhikode district. I, his father, an engineer by profession, worked with a state govt. undertaking for several years, then had a shorter stint working in the Gulf, and is leading the retired life now. His mother is working as a High School Teacher in a government school, and his younger brother is pursuing his B. Tech Course in Computer Science and Engineering in an NIT. He is a person of principles and values and is always on the side of justice. We are not very particular about religion, cast & creed, or nationality & language, provided there is some channel for communication like English, and hence these attributes are no bar.
