Well I registered myself on Shaadi in year 2007 and till then to Nov 09 worked a lot on this site to get a match, these 2 yrs I thought that online portal is probably not the best option to get married but NO when I received Navjyoti's profile and got a chance to meet her then we decided to get married and this happend in just 2 months. After almost a year and a half of activity on various matrimony sites, I saw Shruti's profile on Shaadi.com. I had just become more active on Shaadi.com because of its clean and simple and user friendly interface. The minute I saw her picture something clicked in me and I went on to read her profile. As I liked the profile I sent her a request with a nice message to her mom as she was taking care of her account. Her mom replied and gave her contact details and said we could take it forward and decide. After almost a week of chatting on the phone we finally met at a mall and we hit it off instantly. I liked her bubbly nature full of exuberance and laughter. I liked her attitude and confidence and the way in which she had shaped her life without any financial support from her parents. We continued meeting and chatting on the phone so that we could know each other well which could make it easier for us to decide on the final step. Finally after 3 months of meeting and sweet conflicts we agreed to take the step and so our families met and finalized the wedding date. We got married within a month on 29th November; as dates were not be available after the second week of December for 5 long months and now thanks to Shaadi.com we are happily married and loving every moment of it!

I registered on Shaadi & then just happened to send my interest to my husband who not only responded the very next day but we also started talking immediately...
